I recently visited one of my favourite places. Ightham Mote (pronounced Item). I love this place, it has a really whimsical dream like quality to it. I feel it embodies the castle in one of my favourite books, Doddie Smiths, I Capture The Castle or it could be a magical set in a Harry Potter film.
